Butch Miles - Count Basie PEARL DRUMS Fiberglass Kit

Butch Miles was one of my favorite drummers as a kid growing up in Honolulu, since Count Basie's Big Band would perform every year here. I was surprised to find out that Butch has no idea what became of that Pearl Fiberglass drum set in Marine Pearl wrap that he played throughout his tenure with Basie.

Anyone out there know of its whereabouts? Hopefully, it's in someone's prized personal collection of historical vintage drums.

No idea where that set ended up but Louie and Ed were also using Fiberglass Pearls in the mid 70's (maybe Art Blakey too, he went to Pearl at some point) so there should be a few other FG sets out there with that same sort of pedigree.
