Looks like a pretty cool 70s 14 Premier floor Tom in rescuable shape. Nice DW pedal. 20 Sabian El Sabor. Those come very close to the 400 price range. Not sure why this would be so outrageous. Though, I agree that the Ludwig badge is pretty funny. It would be worth checking out.
