Here are some pics of my BPs. Up first is my 10" conversion. I drilled new holes to evenly space the lugs. I plugged the existing holes with some plastic hole plugs from Lowes. I need some slightly shorter t-rods and a new bottom head. Some smart guy shipped it to me in the flimsy Evans sleeve and it got creased at the glue ring.

Next is my 6.5x15 snare. It needs new heads, rims, and a new P-85. I hate snare cord and try to update all my snares to the new strainer. The snare that sold on ebay 6 or so years ago was a school festival, too. However, I never noted what size it was. It was in better condition than mine except it was missing it's badge.

Here is the kit as used on New Years Eve. I didn't have the 10" converted yet. 24/12/14/16 and 5x14 supra. I call it The Big Ego.
