Black Panther Advice

I have heard that some could be mod orange but I have yet to see one anywhere. I have seen plenty of citrus mod examples but that is it. It is also doubtful that a Keystone badge BP would have anything under it. Especially in 1968 as the color came out in 68 along with citrus mod. It probably took a few years for Ludwig to realize that they were sitting on a dud with citrus mod and the decision to cover over citrus with BP was probably made in mid 1970. Of course this is all guessing on my part though...

Find a junked up set of toms go to the fabric store and find some vinyl that matches.

As long as it is known that they are rewrapped it shouldn't be an issue.
