Here is a very strange drum. It was cut down from a 12x14 Radio King tom tom. It has a bake-lit cloud badge and a bottom hoop that uses rim clips. I have never seen anything like this. The strainer and throw-off were standard Slingerland parts but that's it. Most likely this was a home made drum but it's very odd.
