Just saw this post on the local craigslist. It reminded me of a child's version of the Slingerland Avante kits from back in the day (lol).

I have an Avante kit that lets me mount 3 rack toms off the top of the bass drum. It also is maroon sparkle :)

The "three-up" configuration was the main characteristic of the Avante kits. Perhaps this "baby" is an offspring of yours (lol).
