I have a Ludwig Speed King and I am having problems attaching it securely to Rocker metal hoops.
Would this thing help my problems, or are there better solutions?
I had a small rubber pad I was using, but lost it at a gig.

It will probably help but there are two things to note:
1- the adhesive is not great. I use them on wood hoops, but I use double sided duct tape to hold them in place.
2- there is far less surface area with a metal hoop so problem #1 becomes even more problematic.
