I'll be across from the Ludwig booths, stop by and hang out. Ask Mark Cooper, we know how to hang.......
Anyone planning on going to the Chicago Drum Show 2015?
I've only missed a couple in 25 years… I'll be wearing tye dye….
I won't be wearing a VDF shirt, but I WILL be at the show in a special display showing my "Snare Drums of Buddy Rich" collection hosted by www.vintagedrumguide.com. I will also have a complete 1949/50 WFL Buddy Rich Super Classic set on display as well as some other RARE Buddy Rich artifacts. This display is in a special area that is actually "quiet" so conversation can take place... well, relatively quiet at least! I hope all of you stop by to have a look and say hello! Here's a teaser pic!Tommyp
Relative quiet? There is no such thing at the drum show!

A whole lotta hangin' goin' on at the BEC/Rainwater booth! I'll be at the booth next to it, absorbing the overflow of Heineken and Mrs. Fisher's potato chips!
I'll have to make it a point to stop over and say hi to you guys.
Dave Z.
Are you going?
Ah but there is! The "Common Area" is away from all the background noise... noise meant in a most positive way of course! ( check the floor plan ) Come on over Mark! Visit! Chat!

The only quiet area is OUTSIDE! :-)
I said "relative" Mark!... relative to the cacophony that goes on in the MAIN exhibition areas!

Yes, it is WAY quieter in there. Perfect spot for your presentation. I'll definitely stop by.
I may wear a helmet this year.
