I've owned and seen a zillion Slingerlands and I've never seen straight legs with the knurled tops like those. I'd guess they're MIJ.

On a closer look gotta say I'm dead wrong... The pattern looks identical but the knurled top section is longer on your pics than the Slingerlands.. also looked around the web and can only see straight legs and are all used in conjunction with the PB mounts.. Stage band kit seems to be the last to use the straight legs except for cocktail drums...

Both my 14" and 16" floor toms, 1967, have original straight legs, but use the 590 shell mount bracket with large T screw.
