This is most likely a early brass 400 that John Aldridge has engraved for someone

He used 400s to practice his engraving long before he done the black beauty range.

The thing throwing me off to date it is that it has imperial lugs and prophile hoops !! The De Luxe and BB`s of the old had tube lugs and clip hoops !!
