Anyone able to identify this snare drum? Last viewed: 3 minutes ago

I just purchased a 1950's round badge bass drum and tom and the girl threw in this snare. I didn't really want it but neither did she and it looks older. It has a working muffler but no badge and I don't recognize the strainer. Any ideas?
