Tell Feebay he produced no evidence to support his claim, even after repeated requests from you. Point out also that he did not return the item. Then tell them you'd appreciate their removing the unsupported feedback.
Another Ebay Question Last viewed: 6 minutes ago
An up-date.Ok i open a feedback extortion case about the threatening me with negative being left. They left me neg. feedback..So today he open a case for item not descrebed and wants a full refund. So what do i do now send them all the emails from hom on the item not descrebed and let p=p ebay take care of it?..My listing states that the cymbal does not have any cracks or keyholing,or dents.....Mikey
Send them all of your emails with the seller.Explain your position clearly, and in a business like manner.Clearly the neg.feedback extortion didn't work,so this is his plan C if my count is correct.Stick to your guns. The evidence will bear out all of your actions.
Just list all of his emails, and your answer to that email in chronological order.I don't see where he has a leg to stand on.You should win the decision, and then petition to have his feedback removed.
What's his Ebay name so any of us that sell can block him.

I have had first hand experience with this. eBay can and will read your My Messages. They can read the correspondence and why I always tell customers to use "My Messages"
Actually if they send me an email about a customer service issue I ask them to use My Messages because eBay customer service will read our correspondence and keep track of the issue.
This gets them thinking for sure.
eBay also keeps track of sellers and it will show up on their account if they have been in these situations before. They have track records on buyers as well as sellers.
So if a buyer has a lot or more then normal attempts like this, eBay will help you and side with you in most cases.
Always call eBay. I have had most situations resolved with a phone call. As stated as soon as a buyer mentions I will give you negative feedback in a My Message, they have trapped themselves. eBay will remove the negative if they do and they will read it over the phone with you and take care of the negative (as long as it is not a daily thing!)
Also, if they have a track record, and eBay notices that, they will side with a seller, especially a Top Rated Power Seller.
They also read "your" emails to the customer, so they always should be written professionally and with the customer in mind.
If and when I have exhausted all recourse and tried to work through an issue with a customer, I will take the item back if they pay the shipping. This has happened say 2 times in 2000 transactions.
For me it makes life easier and I will resell the item, get my fees back and move on.
Your case has now gone to a new level and you should call eBay and see what you can do. Call them! do not do it by email. See if they can read the messages and if this buyer does this to other people.
More then likely he was trying to get money back and this is a scam buyers pull on sellers and happens to me as well.
I could go into more detail on this topic and how I handle these people, but you are too far into this one.
David
I almost feel compelled to buy the cheapest thing ($39) and leave negative feedback.
I pity the fool who messes with VDF. Mister T
Blocked for sure
I don't get how ridiculous some people are..."But also said that the photos would NOT show the cracks or dents. He also said that the box i sent them in was fine."
How could ebay not side with you on this one?!?!

Thanks David,When i said about emails. The emails always went by the way as "My Messages" not to my email address. He did want my email address first to sen photos, but in the same day he message me saying that photos would not show anything..So should i not reply to the case i have to Apr.2 and just go ahead and call right? They will see all the messages sent from him and me right? Or should i go ahead and reply also to the case and mark all messages too?So for all the questions but this is all new to me with over 800+ feedback i have never had a problem with a buyer llike this before....Mikey
Update-Ebay did remove the feedback after a phone call from me.But i still have to reply to the open case by email. But Ebay also noted that i did call in about his case he open....more to come...Mikey
I just noticed that this person is also bidding on one of my cymbals. I'll send it if they win, but I'm hoping no issues with this transaction.
