Advice for a Premier Snare Drum Last viewed: 3 hours ago

Hello everyone. I need some help in restoring this drum. I believe it is a Premier 1005 from the 80's. I need to get a snare side hoop, butt plate and tension rods. I understand this drum might be "pre-international". Contacting Premier directly yielded no help. 

Any assistence would be appreciated. Thanks, Joe
