I offered to buy at what he was asking and trepidantley waited for a response.

Did not get an answer till 5PM when the guy informed me he had just sold. ( Just sold !!! MF I sent you a message this AM!!!!) I was very disappointed. Then this morning I check craiglist and......

I have had a few bad experiences on there. Last person accepted my offer which was his asking price, arranged a time to complete the transaction but then doubled what he wanted via text while I was on my way to pick it up. Apparently a buddy told him it could be worth more. Hour plus drive, fairly good deal, but that turned me off to the whole thing, I told him that it was not about the money but the lack of class and promptly turned around. Not the first time something like that happened, seems to be hit or miss.
