A little Gretsch help! 3 or 6 ply?

Hey guys!

This is a drum that I am letting go on the bay to help finance a different Gretsch project I just came across. But before I put it up for sale I want to have my facts straight. Here is what I know about this drum it is a 5.5 by 14 inch snare. Presumably a 4157 8 lug with Microsenetive Strainer. It has original silver/grey painted interior with no tag. There is also no key holder on this drum. So I am guessing this dates it to late 50's or 60's? and can you tell me for sure if it is a 3 ply or a 6 ply? Thanks in advance!
