Wondering if anyone has seen this tom mount and or lugs?
I'm guessing 80's vintage and probably Taiwan not MIJ,
Thanks in advance! :)

Looks like generic brand Taiwanese stuff used by ROC drums out of south San Francisco back in the 80's.
I like the "Stealth Bomber" tom mount. I've seen both the T-rods and lugs on various Taiwan generics.

Exactly what I was thinking! Looks like a B2! I've got some pictures of ROC drums at home. Will check them out tonight and see if I'm able to spot the bracket on the bass drum.

Checked online and saw a ROC snare with these lugs so the set I picked up looks to be a ROC from the 80's, very solid set of drums really. Thanks guys for the help! :)
I spoke to the owner of ROC in the 80's regarding building a set, but never followed through. Could you post pictures of the whole set? His prices were very reasonable.
It's just a power tom kit but it had some decent cymbals so I picked it up, it'll be on it's way out the door soon as a entry level kit for a new player etc -

Glen Quan of ROC still sells Leo Quan BadAss bass pickups.
He got out of the drum biz after he developed an allergy to saw dust.
He used to cut the bearing edges on the drums so sharp that after a few years the edge would collapse over itself.
