Not a big fan of the mounting hardware, but nice maple shells.

Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....

its the proper thing then? yes the hardware is ugly and the finsh is a little weird but maybe worth a punt at the right price?

That finish strikes me as rare for some reason, I'd have to research it. From the badges, it's a Monroe kit. Mach lugs, maple shells. For the right price I'd be on it, but the hardware kills it for me, as I had a set with that hardware and I didn't much care for it.

That is a Gray Marble Ludwig kit from the early/mid 90's.

I have the Blue Marble version. Ludwig only made them for a few years.

The finish is hand painted and was costly for Ludwig to produce due to the time involved.
