Thanks guy's. What a great chistmas drum story so full of human emotion's tied to ones past. And just maybe the kid will start his own past with the sonor's he will be getting on xmas day. He better say thank you and give his grandpa the bigest hug ever if it wasn't for his past the boy would be playing cold pot's and pan's in the morning. I'm just glad that my little drum shop i started was a part of all that. A big merry christmas and peace to everyone here at vdf

Better yet, polish up the tom that doesn't match and give it back to her to keep in remembrance of her dad along with a nice framed picture of the kit all cleaned up and lookin like new. THAT would be the thing to do!-Adam

Thank's Adam. Now that sounds like the path i should take. If i where him i would be flathered if somebody cared enough to take the time and do that for me.

I will start the work in the new year and take my time and do it right with no expense spared.
