I'm trying to find a VERY NICE CONDITION 1N as complete as possible. I would prefer the 22,13,16,snare (solid) config. It's important that it be original and very clean. I prefer 1949 or later in BDP.

If I could add my 2 pennies, go for a kit with a 3 point strainer on the snare. The clamshell strainers are fickle and you are limited in your choice of snare wires.

Check the Chicago Craigslist, there is an ealy 50's late 40's kit owned by Barrett Deems, a but pricey though.

I believe I have the Gene Krupa Deluxe Ensemble 1-N in the blue sparkle as shown (See attached). It is a full original set. I am unsure the exact year. I will take pictures over the next few days. Please let me know if this was the set you were referring to?

Tonight I pulled the drum set out of storage. I took a quick pic on my iphone. I will dust off and take some better pics if this is what you are looking for. I am still looking for the snare stand and the pedal. I have them, just need to find them.
