Oh i posted this just to show you guys what the plastic lugs look like.You can see them on the toms,the floor tom has some that have been replaced with Standard lugs as you can see...The snare drum is not a Ludwig snare....Mikey

when i replaced the plastic lugs on mine, i too thought that the standard lugs would have looked neat. but i was doing the whole kit and figured it would take to long to find a whole set.
side note of interest, combos have the large size lugs on all of the drums. one size all around!
