I aquired a 1964 Ludwig Gold Sparkle 22" bass drum and 16 X 16 floor tom as well as a speed king bass drum pedal. It was missing the ride tom and one bass drum hoop. I have been all over Ebay and craigslist looking but to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas about where to look for these items or am I stuck with a partial set? I would really like to restore the set. I let go an early 60's set of sky blue oyster set many years ago and have been kicking myself ever since. Thought this may be my chance to have a classic set once again. Any help would be appreciated!

I MIGHT still have a GS 13" Luddy,but if I recall right,it's either maple inside (early 70's).......or Granitone....(mid 70's) .

Gold Sparkle Ludwig ride toms do come up on ebay occasionally, just takes patience...then, of course, it has to be the type of mount you want to use. Good luck, it will be worth waiting for.

There's a 13" on Fleabay right now but its a B/O badge. Not mine, BTW.
