This is for sale on my local CL for $100. I have never seen that badge but found a site that listed the badge as 1959 only. Is it a bargain? The other pics show that it is in pretty good shape with what looks to be original hardware.

I have seen that badge as a late fifties.
Don`t remember where though, but I initially thought English, but it`s US all the A Late fifties.
It's either the Classmate or Banner model...Beginner's snare...

Wanted to let you guys know that I picked this up for my collection, he dropped the price to $60 so I couldn't resist. Yes Add another vintage blue sparkle snare to the collection. He said he got it in the start of the 60's as his first drum and everything on it is still original. It arrived to my CT home but I am away right now and will unbox it when I get home next week. Should be a quick clean and polish from what I could tell from the pictures.
