Aquarian's American Vintage heads are made about 1/8" larger to fit older drums. Modern heads are REALLY tight on my 1956 Slingerlands, but American Vintage heads fit them perfectly. Be careful not to order Modern Vintage heads, which are made from the same plastic and coating, but built to modern standard sizes.
