1930's Green Pearl Leedy Parallel Dual Last viewed: 1 hour ago

Hi, Everyone

Here is another drum that I recently added to my collection of green pearl drums. This one is a 5x14 1930-32 Leedy Parallel Dual. Two sets of snare wires on top and bottom. The color on this drum is incredibly vibrant with a very busy pearl pattern. My photos really don't capture its true appearance. This one is my new favorite!

Outstanding! Thanks for the pics. If you ever take a head off would be cool to see the inside.

Nothing special here but I like them.

Unfortunately, not much to see. Just white paint. However, the rods that run from one side of the throw-offs to the other are unusual in that they have nuts so that they can be removed. Next time the head is off, I'll take a photo.

Well, since it's no secret that I collect green pearl drums, I often get calls when someone has one for sale. In this case, a friend of mine contacted me and we made a deal. The vintage drum community is great!
