That's a Premier Lokfast cymbal stand. Man, those are excellent. I ran those with a mid70s Premier kit I used to play. Outstanding.

Yes, as RogerSling already mentioned, that is a Premier cymbal stand. Nice style...
And, I had an older version of the KZildjian cymbal you have... only many, many years ago (when I was much younger that you are now!). I let it go for basically next-to-nothing, because (at the time) is just wasn't "cool" enough -- you just HAD to be using AZildjians!
BTW -- I still play the same set of AZildijian cymbals I got new in the early 1970s, so I guess I'm OK even though I let the K go...
