I currently have three: A 2005 Sonor Delite (which I guess isn't considered vintage). Sizes are 17x22, 16x20, 16x18, 7x8, 9x10, 9x12, 12x14, though I play them usually in a 4-pc configuration. Color is bird's eye cherry.
Next is a Chinese-made Sonor "Bop" (also not vintage and not German, but a nice kit for the bux): 16x18, 14x14, 8x12. And my only vintage Sonor: a 1963-64 Sonor "teardrop" in red ripple that I pieced together and wrapped and restored: |

You are correct sir!!..I was referring to VDF in general terms. I find most USA based forums don't seem to discuss drums made over seas. However when you check out forums in Europe, you don't see USA much at all....only an observation, not complaining.
