Mounted tom should be a 13"....

Do you have the wing nuts to tighten down the FT lags and cymbal arms? None are shown...

Also,are all metal hoops COB StickSavers?..thanks

Yes, it is a 13inch rack tom. I've updated that info.

I do have the hardware for the tom. I do not have anything for cymbal arms.

the metal hoops are original except the top of the floor tom is a stick saver hoop.
