Mystery early floor tom cradle

Loading...

I acquired this with some pre-war Radio kings 20 years ago. It was used to support the legless 16" floor tom. The floor tom was originally had a tacked bottom head and had been converted to double tension by adding early Leedy lugs to the bottom. The drum had also been repainted to match the gold and black duco tom that came with it. Due to all of these mods I don't think I can assume that the cradle is Slingerland.

It doesn't look like any I have ever seen in old catalogs. Anyone recognize this?
