Default 50's Rogers Questions
A friend of a friend contacted me through FB looking for some info on his WMP eagle badge Rogers kit. I don't have the serials yet, but was hoping someone could school me on shell composition of this era of Rogers. Also, the 13x9 & 14x5.5 are painted black on the inside, apparently with tags. but not kick and FT. Thanks for ant info on this. I will add serials when I receive them, hopefully with more pics. Thanks!

Default Re: 50's Rogers Questions
Should be three ply Jasper with re-rings.

My eagle-badged BDP kit with very early swivo h/w and flat b&b 2 1/8" center-to-center lugs are all black interiors. ~1957/58. Whereas I recently picked up a Holiday snare with the 'left-leaning' Rogers script badge, with the large 2 1/8" ribbed b&b's, with grey paint. ~1959.

My ‘58 Rogers set has the same thing: two drums painted black, two gray.
