I just finished cleaning this one, original find, buried under books and old clothes.

Great looking bass drum. Love that peacock pearl. Makes me want to start on an old ‘20’s Ludwig bass drum I have to get putting together. Mines a Ludwigold that was painted white.
Picture of sticker on the inside of bass drum. Last edited by Olimpass; 12-06-2021 at 10:21 AM. |

Beautiful drum for sure.
I have one with a different head and it is a 14 x 28 Has same sticker inside as yours Olimpass. Mine has the separate tension rods. I also believe The_Top_Hat's head is called Winter Scene. Wayne |

GAH! THESE THINSG ARE COOL! Such a great cross-collectible, too. This type of drum appeals to not only vintage drum enthusiasts, but also to artists and decorators. In fact, IF I had something like these, and ever decided to sell them, then I think I'd probably disregard the vintage drum community, altogether, and go straight for the art community!
