Welcome
Not finding much on that one. Try the Camco catalogs at http://www.drumarchive.com/
Certainly Mick Fleetwood is now playing DW with Camco's turret lugs. :)
No help... sorry!
The Camco pedal was the same as a Martin Fleetfoot which I think was the original.
Thank you for posting that picture. I've never seen drums with that badge. Do the drums look like Japanese stencil brand stuff? Are you and the drums in some country other than the USA? Maybe that brand name was marketed in some countries, but not here?
Hi, Leedybdp!
Thanks a lot for again for your words.
Sorry but i can not make this kind of distinction between Japanese and American drums for lack of knowledge, but i am attaching more two pictures and then maybe you could tell me more something about it. Yes this drum is in Switzerland.
All the best!
I am not an authority about Asian import drums from the mid 20th century. But, the drums sure look like they came from the Pearl factory where they would put hundreds of different badges on drums that were all essentially the same. Does the grain of the wood inside the drums run from one edge to the other edge? Or does the grain run around the circumference of the entire shell?
id say pearl too. I have an acrylic set with some of the same hardware. I really like that wrap. do I see paiste on that cymbal? if so what kind of paiste are they?
Leedybdp:
thanks for the explanation, but unfortunately i can not see this point about the wood cuz the drum is in another city, but until here i am already satisfied, cuz i was thinking to buy and now i do not have too much more interesting on it hehehe
SealClubbinEskimo:
the paste cymbals are Dixie series.
Again thanks a lot for all your words.
all the best!
