Re: Yamaha Project - Soooo Dirty

Wow, nice job! I thought that for sure would've needed a re-wrap but it looks pretty damn clean now.

Re: Yamaha Snare Drum ID?

Here's what I know... or I believe to be relatively accurate, I'm sure someone will correct me...

Also Taylor Hawkins went out to tour with his own band for a bit and he handled all lead vocal duties from behind the drums.

Matt Cameron too with Wellwater...

Re: No ID, 7 lug floor

Yeah, that would be a Drouyn for sure! I had an 18x18 Drouyn drum with NINE of those lugs either side, with actual 9 hole triple flange hoops.

Re: Ludwig keystone badges! 80's era

ARCHxANGEL was kind enough to send me his badge for a very reasonable price!

1 more to go now, anyone have a spare 80's era Chicago keystone badge to send to Perth, Australia? :)

Re: Helping ID'ing old Ludwig drums (keystone & olive)

Just took apart the 2 rack toms... My eyes were playing tricks on me, they're actually sized 13x9 and 14x10!

Re: Helping ID'ing old Ludwig drums (keystone & olive)

Thanks for the info Mo Tonkie! That certainly helps. I don't mind that they're 80's shells, as long as they sound good. The bearing edges seem to be fine and drums are still in round, still worth a...

Question Helping ID'ing old Ludwig drums (keystone & olive)

Just recently picked up a 22x14 Olive badge kick that came with 12x8 and 13x9 keystone toms from a guy, I'm not exactly sure what year they could be from as the serial numbers are 7 digits, guides...
