I am not an authority about Asian import drums from the mid 20th century. But, the drums sure look like they came from the Pearl factory where they would put hundreds of different badges on drums...

Thank you for posting that picture. I've never seen drums with that badge. Do the drums look like Japanese stencil brand stuff? Are you and the drums in some country other than the USA? Maybe that...
