Edges don't look so good... may have been turned down to remove some nicks? ... That would account for a little undersize... from a distance they look Zildjian(ish) to me,,, how do they sound ?

Yes it's an incomplete butt plate.... The kit is a "Super Rock" kit, Model 51N, & mid 70's is correct. Probably will need to spend around at least 250.00 for the missing parts .. they each will show...

Yes beer works well down here in our hot summers , Have enjoyed a few nice "moreish" Colorado Reds though in the US,... but heading into Autumn here now, so it's almost "Canadian Club" time..

While you have them apart... check for any burring around the hole of the angle piece... run a round file around the inside of the hole. Burring there affects the bite... they will slip, especially...
