Hi, I just found a Walberg and Auge snare that looks like it's in great shape on craigslist but I know nothing about it. What is a good price on one?

There's a LOT more info needed before someone can give you a reasonable guess.

What's the drum's size?

Condition?

Completeness?

Has it been altered (recovered, drilled, etc.)?

Age?

...and since it's a W&A, there are even more variables. They produced a lot of drum hardware, but not a lot of drums. The ones they did build seemed to be built from a fairly random assortment of parts. You can see a lot of variation in lug types, rims, and pretty much everything else from one W&A drum to the next.

The easiest way to answer all these questions would be to provide pictures.
