Offered for sale is my late 70s Premier Elite shell pack, in lovely condition and very rare sizes. All parts are original and the kit has been completely reskinned (batter side only) with stunning unplayed blue Evans heads and a Remo Powerstroke 3 bass batter head. The original heads will be included in the sale, which with the exception of the 18" Floor Tom are factory original (CS clear on toms, Everplay on BD).

I have spent a lot of time making this kit look as nice as possible, but it was in good condition anyway. All the lugs/rims have been polished and lubricated; the white wrap thoroughly cleaned too. The bass drum hoops have been repainted and lacquered.

The 26x14 bass drum has original folding spurs (with rubber feet intact) and the factory fitted tom holder receptor. The wrap has minor indentations where the toms have previously been mounted on the drum and touched the bass wrap. You have to get very close to see these. Shell is birch, with beech re-rings. 10 lugs per side. Original Premier Reso head, with circle cut out. 2 batter heads provided, Remo Powerstroke 3 (new - unplayed) and original Premier Everplay. The twin tom holder is provided, has some pitting and some indentations where it's been over tightened in the past (still fully functional though).

The 14x10 (small!) tom has high tension lugs and cast hoops in great condition. All original wrap/lugs etc. Shell is Mahogany, with beech re-rings. Batter head is Evans blue hydraulic, unplayed. The Premier snare stand shown is included, and it holds the drum well.

The 15x12 (mid) tom has "sharks tooth" lugs and triple flanged hoops. All great condition. Shell is birch, beech re-rings. Batter head is Evans blue CAD/CAM rock, unplayed. PLEASE NOTE the snare stand is NOT included in this sale and is there for demonstration purposes only.

The 18x16 floor tom has "sharks tooth" lugs and triple flanged hoops. Great condition. The legs are original and I have put three new rubber feet on them; it looks the business this drum! Birch construction, beech re-rings. Batter head is Evans blue hydraulic, unplayed.

All in all this is a monster of a kit, and would suit heavy rock/heavy metal. I have many high resolution photos of it which I am more than happy to send you upon request. The kit was purported to have belonged originally to Mick Tucker (Sweet) but I cannot verify this.
