Don't know much about calf skin, but my impression is that this is in really good shape. Logo seems pretty good. Tried to take the best photo I could.
Would anyone care to share some info? Would the logo give away the year?

Whoa! You think it could date as far back as the 1930's??? Well, if so, this is in amazing shape for being 70-80 years old!
