My son is currently gigging around in Germany... on the weekend they played a medieval festival... look at the line up of drums they are using..

Wow!,that is one awesome picture. Looks like the kind of event that I would love to attend. And you know how those Germans love their beer, I would fit right in.

So what type of music are they playing, tell us more please.

My son is a guitarist mainly.. He is on tour with Mic Conway an Aussie icon.. Mic is a sideman for the Wiggles but he is also a veteran Vaudeville style dude, doing everything from jug band, juggling, magic tricks & fire eating.. even plays the handsaw.. Funny Guy.. My son is his straight man accompanist on guitar but he too is a clown around type. They have been touring for a round a month and have had a great response.. They have also been gigging with local groups "The Beez" for one, and are having a ball... My son has travelled Germany previously and speaks fluent German, he has lots of muso mates there.. some of whom have toured in OZ.. You are right about the beer they love the stuff..

Me... I'd love to be sorting through those drums.. reckon there'd be some history in some for sure..
