Looking to finish up a few snare projects before the end of the year and need some suggestions on replacement wires. I will probably go with Puresound but want to know what the best fit would be for each drum. Would like best size, strand and model suggestions please.

1. 1948 Gretsch Broadkaster 6.5 x 14 (12 strand Gretsch Responso originally)

2. 1940 Leedy Utility 6.5 x 14 (12 strand gut wires originally)

3. George Way 5.5 x 14 (Found with vintage rogers 12 strand on it)

Thinking of moving the 12 strand rogers over to the Gretsch because it is pretty close (at least in appearance) to the Gretsch Responso wires
