Hi all

Quick question if someone could please help.

Ive stumbled across a brass 69 Rogers Powertone and I was wondering what would you roughly be looking at price wise? It's in nice condition, but the place I've spotted it is a bit pricey at times.

Thanks!

495.00 is higher than what a 6.5 60's cob dyna goes for.

COB power tones topped out at about 250.00 a few years ago,I agree you should be able to get a nice one for 200.00 or under.

Edit, prices I quoted were U.S.A prices, from what I have read from Aussie posters U.S. vintage gear can go for double that in Australia.

Great little snares for the price though, along with Slingerland cob snares from the 60's and 70's,which can be bought for 175.00 225.00 also in the states.

Its more expensive over here for sure, though I have bought some bargains. Both of my dynasonics I picked up for $350 a piece which I was happy with as they are both in fantastic condition!

And I got my wine red ripple kit (12/16/20) for $1200, which isn't perfect but in great knick all the same. Now I want to get a Rogers with either 22 or 24kick. The US is where I do tend to get a few things still though.
