Out of his mind? Maybe, but at least he's honest. He openly describes the replacement lugs and the rewrap. He's not being at all disingenuous and admits that he's not a "drum guy". As for the starting price, he's shooting for the moon, but why not test the waters if you really have no idea what the thing's worth?
