A friend of mine sent me a picture of a drum he has wanting to know if it had any resale value. It's a Leedy and the rim has "Broadway Parallel" on it.

I really know very little about Leedy drums, but I'm guessing this drum is from the 30s?

Any info or thoughts on value would be appreciated.

That is a nice looking one and your are correct on the time line,the box lugs dates in the 30's also.The parallel snare drum has one set of snare, the throwoff mechanism operates at both ends to keep the snare wires under tension at all times
