Put grommet in badge, put on drum, mark where you wanna cut. Allow for crimp, same as front. Measure twice cut once.

I'll do it exactly on this way.

Grommet on bass drum it's already done.

Absolutely Beautiful ! Outstanding ! From what you started with and finished with is amazing. You need a Ludwig logo on the bass drum head so all will know what that beautiful set is.
