I bought a Premier set and later found out that, on the snare drum, one (1) lug, the two tension rods and the lug fastener and washer were all missing. Does anyone know where I can find these replacement parts? I live in the US.

If one of the guys here don't come up with the parts you need, then ebay will be your best bet. A photo of the other lugs would help too.
... and only because it is bothering me, it's spelled, 'Rhythm'. Sorry man, hate to be nit-picky, I never play spelling police, but I really had to scratch that itch! lol
Good luck finding the parts. Post some photos, now and when the drum is complete.
