Jasper snare shell-need help

Got myself a hold of a brand new Jasper snare shell and don't know if I should finish her off or sell her?really nice 14x4 with edges cut really niice and I know it will sound great!so does anyone have parts for me to make this snare drum for a resonable price??money is really tight now,so if anyone can sell me the used parts to finish this I would be appreciative.and if not will just sell it.I put an ad for it in the for sale section,but I figured this may work out??heard this is the same specs as the Elvin jones

model from gretsch??would be nice,right??

Damn,i thought I would have gotten a few replies back by now from some of you gretsch guys???Jasper shell and all??I am assuming you guys know what shell this is???nobody has parts to finish this??
