Hi Folks,
I'm hoping for some help with identifying this part below which seems to be vintage MIJ. At first glance, this guy looks like a spur mount bracket (right-hand side I believe) but hole in the tubular protrusion DOES NOT go all the way through. Then I was thinking it might be a tom bracket although it seems a bit too lightweight for that. Lastly, and this is a shot in the dark, I surmised could this be bass drum mount for a cymbal arm?
After several Google searches I couldn't find anything that even comes close to this thing. So, yeah, like I said I'm stumped and would absolutely welcome any information, thought, ideas, etc. as to what I have here.
