if you like Ludwig's acrolites, then here is another looker that sounds great. this one got the usual hours of detail work and turned out very nice I think. this is a blue olive rounded corner badge model with serial number 2157747. this is a 5x14 8 lug model. the shell looks very nice. has no major scratches or dents, just a few little spots and blemishes like many of these have. hardware looks real good. there is one lug that lost some of its chrome plating. you can see the nickel underneath. I did not have another to replace it with at this time or would have gladly done so. I placed it at the rear near the snare butt. black face 2 hole p85 strainer is nice and smooth. has the correct block logo snare butt. has its original 12 strand 2517124 Ludwig snare wires installed with new Ludwig cord. I think the tension rods have been replaced, but they all match. the top hoop is also a very nice replacement. I installed fresh out the box [COLOR="red"]new heads [/COLOR]on this one today. remo coated ambassador up top and a remo hazy diplomat on the snare side. one inch chrome round knob muffler works properly.
