I'm just trying to find out what year my B.B. is and what it is worth. It has the black and olive badge with the sharp corners. 1969-71? Serial number is

1564735. Thank you all.

My guess would have been late 70's

Here is another thread about a black beauty with a similar serial number

and the drum was purchased new in 1980.
