does the gibraltar bass drum anchor fit a 20" vintage wood hoop??

and if so, does it serve its cause??

It's been 20 years since I have played a 20" kick. I used nails into the stage to anchor my kicks back in the day...

Nails are not really an option, i have a concrete floor in my drumroom DOH
