I bought a Crest drum set a few years back and I have kept and play the Crest Bass Drum 14x22 every weekend. It sounds great. I put 5 coast of shellac on it and the wood must have soaked it in and tightened up that drum. Anyone have any information on Crest drums that they can share with me?

Without seeing pics, I believe that Crest was a stencil name from the 60`s/70`s that were Made in Japan (MIJ)...
